Delivery Terms
1.Deliveries
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Deliveries will be processed between:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
(excluding mercantile & public holidays). Orders received on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances, including high demand or unforeseen events such as pandemics.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is both reliable and cost-effective.
Kandy / Suburbs : 1 – 2 Days
Out of Kandy : 2 – 4 Days
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to follow your shipment’s progress online.
3. Delivery Attempts
If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, our delivery partner will try to contact you and may attempt delivery again. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
4. Delivery Restrictions
Currently, deliveries are available only within Sri Lanka. Certain remote areas may require longer delivery times or additional charges.
5. Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your dresses arrive in perfect condition.
