Return & Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
If you change your mind within 12 hours of placing your order, you are eligible to cancel your order without any cancellation fees. After 12 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order might already be processed or shipped.
2. Returns
Shield by Shai gladly accepts returns due to change of mind, provided
A return request is received within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
3. Exchanges
You can exchange products by sending them back to us via courier. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and send the replacement product to you.
4. Return & Exchange Shipping
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Customers must arrange and pay for the courier service.
Exception: If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item, Shield by Shai will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and accepted, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
- Please note, Shield by Shai will refund the value of the returned items only. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
